websites displaying 404 page not found after Cpanel upgraded to v66

We are aware some dedicated servers ans VPS servers are giving 404 errors after Cpanel upgraded to version 66 on or after 23rd August 2017

we have spoken to cPanel and the fix is below.

1) SSH to your server as root and run the following command:

mv -f /var/cpanel/templates/apache2_4/vhost.local /var/cpanel/templates/apache2_4/vhost.local.old
mv -f  /var/cpanel/templates/apache2_4/ssl_vhost.local  /var/cpanel/templates/apache2_4/ssl_vhost.local.old
/scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
service httpd restart

this will fix the issue.
